FAQ COVID 19 DELAYS

Due to additional precautions being taken at our fulfillment center, orders placed with Standard Shipping may take longer than usual to arrive. If you place an order, we will keep you updated about when your order will arrive and you can cancel your order at any point in time by contacting our Customer Happiness Team here. We will email all customers when operations are back to normal. When will I receive my order?

Orders placed with 2-Day or Overnight Shipping should not experience delays. For Standard Shipping, while we do not have exact timing for delays at this time, we are monitoring the status closely and will keep you posted about when your order will arrive. How will I know when you're no longer experiencing delays?

Will I still be charged for my order before it ships?

You will be charged at the time you place an order. If at any point in time you would like to cancel your order, reach out to our Customer Happiness Team here and they will promptly take care of your request.

What about the order I already placed?

If your order has been impacted by our fulfillment center delays we will email you directly. If you do not hear from us and have received a shipping confirmation email your order should be fulfilled as expected. Can I cancel my order?

When will normal business resume?

Yes, our one purchased = one donated policy still stands, and will stand always and forever.
